Bespoke Video Requests

Customers are entitled to request bespoke videos on particular subjects of interest. Tubedigga will endeavour to honour such requests but reserves the right to decline under the following circumstances:

A: The course creator may not currently own and/or have extensive experience with a particular hardware device or software application relevant to the requested subject matter.

B: The course creator has already covered a subject or subjects or ones similar to it which they believe adequately covers the request. In this case the creator will direct the customer to the relevant material. This may be appealed respectfully by the customer if they can clearly demonstrate why the request is valid and worthy of inclusion as additional course material. The creator will assess the appeal and decide upon the appropriate course of action which may include further declination of the request.

C: The Customer agrees to waiver any rights to claim any requested content as their own in any form, whether it be intellectual property, owner produced digital assets or physical media.

D: The creator reserves the right to include any requested material in any of their educational products available on this platform. The creator also reserves the right to publish any user requested videos on their social platforms for the purpose of maintaining their social media presence and sharing the information and knowledge to their wider audience. The creator may mention and give credit to a particular student for the idea or suggestions related to the material. In this case the creator will respect the identity of the customer and agrees to not use their name but may refer to the customer using a fictional name.

E: There is no limit to the amount of requests of custom material for an individual who has purchased a product that includes this benefit.

However, should the scope of a single or multiple requests from an individual student be unreasonable beyond doubt - and is undeniably taking advantage of this particular benefit of the product - the creator reserves the right to respectfully decline.

All products have been produced to a high standard. Customer feedback, suggestions and requests for future content are welcomed (subject to the aforementioned conditions or circumstances).

All sales are final for Tubedigga online courses and other content. No refunds are issued once a sale is completed.
